“Accepting change is difficult for some people. I have found that it becomes easier when there is a strong motivation to make change happen. Participants of DCODE training realize very quickly that change can bring them ample possibilities. Their excitement grows as they build their newfound skills into powerful presentations. By the end of the workshop, every single person seems to glow with the feeling of accomplishment. Change is awesome!”
