Fran is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Education degree and specialist qualifications in Law and Accounting. For the past 33 years, she has applied her skills as a secondary school educator for the Toronto District School Board, Stephen Leacock Collegiate, specializing in senior students. In addition to designing and implementing a pilot senior Law Program prior to its province-wide introduction by Ontario’s Ministry of Education, Fran designed and introduced an adult education program into a secondary school setting and acts as an organizing committee member and workshop liaison for board-wide Law and Economics conferences.
