"It's extremely rare to find colleagues who are truly visionary and open-minded. The thrill of working for Dene and DCODE is that I have the freedom to let my imagination take off in a multitude of directions, while still fulfilling the needs of DCODE's clients. 'Useful limitations' is how a choreography teacher of mine once described this approach to creativity. I know, too, that Dene will always provide a great sounding board and an opportunity for really productive brainstorming. It makes the work challenging, inspiring, and a lot of fun!"
